steps

in the day my heart and mind are arrogant. i trust in Me and what i see. i am wary of my steps, yet i stumble and fall.

in the dark i see a sort of nothingness. the treacherous road remains the same. in whom should i trust? who else but the Lord! he strengthens my ankles and guides my every step! he places my feet on solid ground so that i will never slip and fall!!

how true are the words in the bible "...anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."

a wonderful lesson i've learnt while cheongsuaing in the jungle. surely God resides in there too!
