time to write!

remember back in those tom and jerry days there used to be this talking pen which exclaims " TIME TO RIGHT!!" everytime you press the button. maybe now in 2008 kids are using pens that exclaim automatically via motion sensor!

im blogging! this is a pleasant suprise! i'm seriously out of touch with technology these days. Tv shows, fast food, golf ( its not like i played golf in the first place) and most importantly, REAL civilian human beings. so i had a great time with my ex yjc classmates yesterday before service! met up for lunch. my intentions of hanging out with NORMAL people was in a precarious situation after i realised more than half of these people were in the same state as i was in!! HA! too bad for me =)

in any case i had a great time this afternoon cooking! i've always loved cooking and sometimes in midweek i have a strong desire to go home and whip up something good. i make myself sound better than i actually am! i guess whip isnt the appropriate word to use heheh.

i was inspired by jamie olivier's cookbook from borders and he did something like garlic bread chicken kinda thing so i was dying to try it for myself! i'm suprised to say that it was the best chicken i ever made!! considering the fact that i botched my last few chicken cooking attempts.

well this time i was smarter! i flattened out these chicken breasts( OH?!) and i chopped up some fresh garlic and put it all over! of course thats with salt and pepper and herbs. put in loads and loads of butter! and there we have it!!

i had it too quickly and realised i forgotten to take a picture. but hey... its an advantage to me because even if it WAS terrible, you wouldn't actually be able to prove that it was!! now i can continue to brag that my chicken recipe DID actually work!! i rock!!
